warm cookie convenient location soft bed uncomfortable pillows
The staff greeted me with a warm cookie upon arrival. My room was very clean and quiet. I found the location very convenient for accessing the Excel arena.
The bed was too soft for my liking. Pillows were also very uncomfortable.

a superb stay by the docks
cute staff pristine room fresh fruit convenient proximity
The staff at reception were cute. my room was pristine. I noticed its immaculate condition immediately. the breakfast selection offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit. the hotel's proximity to the excel centre was convenient.
the lift wait times were occasionally longer than i expected.

the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. the lobby lounge offered ample seating for work or discussions. a library connected to the lounge supports functions and meets guest needs effectively.

the hotel is immediately adjacent to the excel centre. the royal dock boardwalk connects directly to the hotel. retail and food options are conveniently available near the waterfront.

a few issues DETRACTED from the stay
unanswered calls average breakfast
The front desk service was not great. my calls went unanswered repeatedly. I had to go downstairs for assistance! the breakfast was quite average. The sausages were burnt one morning and the scrambled eggs were watery. THESE ISSUES WERE DISAPPOINTING.

the room was spacious, clean, and tidy. large and comfortable beds were provided. the hotel's location near train stations allowed easy access to the city center.

The hotel provided complementary refreshments and fruit at the entrance. The train station is close. Only 20 minutes gets you to the city center. I found parking easy. i was kinda surprised.
The gym have few equipments.
